One of the more visibly available tools to bridge this generational gap is effective communication. The inability to communicate effectively breaks down one’s ability to understand, appreciate, measure and self regulate. This breakdown causes a ripple affect of ramification with unfortunately too many systems labeling the aggression as the root problem, not a symptom of a deeper underlying issue.
